If I look back at the past - a couple of things I wish I would have done....
.....teach my children to really cook good foods for themselves......
.....teach good financial planning and checkbook management (They both do great now, but there were some trying times in college)
A couple of things I am glad we did......
....Traveled...Our goal was to get both kids to all 50 states by the time they turned 18 years old. One ended up at 36 states and the other 34 states. Both went to 2 different countries and 1 cruise to the Bahamas.
.....Made sure they went to college!!!
When my kids were little we put a map on the wall and marked off all the states and cities we traveled too. Now I think I will do the same with the grandkids.
